Phoenix Harvest Ready to Hit Full Stride

We are pleased to report that our Arizona crops in Phoenix and Kingman are showing exceptional quality. Recent field digs confirm excellent size distribution and robust vine health.

  • Fresh Minis: Ready for shipment from Phoenix within the next few days.

  • Chipping Potatoes: Atlantic and Waneta varieties are progressing perfectly; Phoenix Atlantics will be ready for harvest around May 4th.

  • Yellow & Red Varieties: Both conventional and organic options show a very strong tuber set.

  • Kingman Russets: Planting is complete, with fresh availability slated for August.

🏗️ Enhanced Packing Capabilities

in Tolleson, AZ

To better serve our customers, our Tolleson packing facility has undergone a significant equipment enhancement and modernization. These upgrades ensure your product arrives with the best possible quality.  We are able to offer:

  • Hydro-Cooling: Our hydro-cool system does a good job of removing field heat from our tubers.  This allows us to pack a high quality product and help to extend shelf life.

  • Custom Packing: We offer maximum flexibility with 50 lb cartons, 50 lb paper, all poly sizes, and bulk totes.

US National Crop Snapshot

Through our SourceOne grower partnerships, we are monitoring conditions across the U.S. to ensure a steady supply for our customers in the east.

  • Florida: Chip acres are looking good in Hastings; Harvest start is about 2 weeks away.

  • The Northeast: New Jersey planting is finished under "beautiful" conditions. In Maine, we are transitioning from storage crops to new-season planting.

  • Weather Watch: We are closely monitoring a severe drought in North Carolina. While the crop is currently stable, the lack of precipitation is a key focus for our dry land farming partners.
